Applications may take 24-48 business hours to process and are processed Monday – Friday. Upon written approval sent to you via email you will be required to pay your security deposit & Re-key fee of $75.00. Once your lease has been fully executed and signed by all parties the home will no longer be advertised or shown to other interested parties.
